A character needs to have the 'CHEF PERK' in order to cook such a food. With the new perk system for cooking, that is no longer possible. Seems overpowered for a level 1 character. A level 1 character can, in theory cook a soup that resores health for 1 point per second for 6 minutes. PURPOSE: This mod aims to overhaul the poorly implemented cooking mechanic in Skyrim.
